Something's missing

So, based on the two photos below, see if you can tell what is different:

Here's a hint, it's not the tooth fairy box. :) Honestly, she had to be one of the toughest patients I've had in my 6 years of professional experience. Wait until she sees her bill...that's what happens when you have a dentist pull your tooth on Sunday!

Jason, if there was any sort of string, thread, or doorknob involved in the pulling of her tooth you can't charge her because her favorite uncle McKay would have done it for free and then taken her out for ice cream (once Monday rolled around of course!).

Congrats Madelin! Hayden will be so jealous. He STILL hasn't lost a tooth! Maybe you could tell the tooth fairy to make her way to Zebulon soon!
