Happy Halloween

Last Monday we had our usual before Halloween Family Home Evening activity...we carved (and colored) pumpkins.  Here's Jason, Coleman, and Kimball hard at work...

Meagan happily cleaned out pumpkin seeds so we could bake them and eat them.

And here are the finished pumpkins...

Halloween was actually "rescheduled" where we live due to a threat of tornadoes, so we went trick or treating on November 1st.  It worked out well because the evening of the 1st was beautiful!  We didn't even have to wear coats!
Madelin dressed as Annabeth from the Percy Jackson series.

Halle was Piper, also from the Percy Jackson series.

Meagan wanted to be a white cat.

Kimball was Lightning McQueen.

And last, but not least, Coleman wore the dog costume Kimball wore last Halloween.

And our friend Halli DaBell joined us for trick or treating...

All in all it was another Happy Halloween!
